29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): All industrial trucks in use did not meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks. a) East Side: On or about October 19, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard, while being transported in a temporary elevated platform supported by a JLG Skytrak Telehandler, Model 8042, with a damaged carriage bar and tines. b) East Side: On or about October 19, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard, while working underneath elevated loads on a Skytrak Telehandler, Model 8042, with a damaged carriage bar and tines.
