29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) On and before October 19, 2017, in Stuffing Machine Area of the facility, employees were exposed to serious injuries to their hands and or fingers, in that the (2)Sprocket Wheels and Chains adjacent to the Pusher Rod on the end of the Stuffer Machine, were not enclosed /guarded to prevent incidental contact with the moving parts.
