29 CFR 1926.34(c): "Maintenance and workmanship." Means of egress shall be continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency: a) Jobsite -1st Floor: The egress route was obstructed by various building materials such as, but not limited to three 2x10 boards, stack of lumber, etc. preventing safe egress/access in the event of an emergency and exposing employees to fire hazards. Condition was observed on or about 19 OCT 2017 and 3 NOV 2017.
