29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: (a) On October 09, 2017 and at times prior to, at the construction site located in Fulshear, Texas 77494 (29°43'18.8" N 95°52'20.7" W), employees were permitted to work in close proximity to overhead power lines.
