29 CFR 1910.178(q)(5): Parts of powered industrial trucks requiring replacement were not replaced with parts equivalent in safety with those used in the original design. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards in the warehouse as the Nissan forklift had a horn that wasn't operating. The Nissan forklift also had half the seatbelt missing. The forklift had not been taken out of service until it was in safe operating condition.
