29 CFR 1926.451(f)(1): Scaffold and/or scaffold components were loaded in excess of their maximum intended loads or rated capacities, whichever was less: a) 1441 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102, 8th Floor - The employer did not ensure that a powered mobile scaffold used by an employee was not loaded in excess of its rated capacity of 550 pounds, in that while an employee was on the platform the employee raised the platform with a sling attached to the platform with an approximately 1,500-pound steel beam, thus exposing the employee to fall hazards of approximately 10 to 15 feet above the lower level, a concrete floor. This condition was noted on or about October 3, 2017.
