29 CFR 1926.651(h)(1): Employees were working in excavations in which there was accumulated water, or excavations in which water was accumulating, and adequate precautions had not been taken to protect employees against the hazards posed by water accumulation: (a) On or about September 26, 2017 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to cave-in hazards while installing a water metering pit in an unprotected trench excavation approximately eight feet deep for the Project located at 236 North Lakeview Drive, Dawson, North Dakota.
