29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On top of the roof of a residential house at 4392 Club Drive, NE, Atlanta - Employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 27 feet in that no training on fall hazards and how to use the fall protection was provided to employees while they were working on the roof, in the process of removing roof sheathing/shingles, and discarding the waste within a container at the ground level.
