29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: a) Mike Krueger dba Altogether Roofing: The employer does not ensure employees are protected from falls while performing roofing activities. This violation was most recently observed on or about September 21, 2017, at the address of 3436 Bayberry Place, Oregon, Ohio, 43605, when employees were exposed to a potential 8 foot fall to the ground below. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that fall protection, such as guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems, is in place to protect employees from fall hazards when working above six feet in height.
