29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(i): The employer did not ensure that employees were trained in the nature of the fall hazards in the work area and how to recognize them. a) 6353 County Road 21, Safford AL - New Shop; On or about August 15, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work on the top of a portable buildings without first being trained in the nature of the fall hazards in their work area and how to recognize them.
