29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: (a) AP Construction jobsite C-1 location at the Camden Town Center, 1 Cooper Street, Camden NJ: The employer failed to provide training to employees on the hazards related to improper rigging, using job hooks and the importance of using approved engineered/certified lifting devices, on or about 9/14/2017. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
