29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: On or about September 14, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were framing the apartments under construction approximately 22 feet high without the use of fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
