29 CFR 1910.272(e)(2): Employees assigned special tasks in the grain handling facility, such as bin entry and handling of flammable or toxic substances, were not provided training to perform these tasks safety: The employer is failing to protect employees from entrapment and engulfment hazards associated with the cleaning of grain elevator grain bins. This was most recently documented, on 09/14/17, at the establishment located at 1892 US Hwy 83, Sublette, Kansas. The employer did not ensure the employees were adequately trained on grain bin entry procedures for the type of bin being entered and the conditions created while walking on moving grain while vacuuming grain out of the bin.
