29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to provide and insure the usage of "point of operation guards" or properly applied and adjusted point of operation devices on every operation performed on a mechanical power press. a) 6 Hadco Road Wilmington, DE - On or about September 18, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that the point of operation on the Chicago Mechanical Press Brake was guarded to protect employees from entering the danger zone during the operating cycle, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
