29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) On or about September 6, 2017 at the above addressed jobsite - certification of training on fall protection was not provided for employees conducting roofing operations and exposed to falls. Gallardo Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Heath Standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1229176, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 15126 S. 82nd Avenue, Orland Park, IL 60462. Gallardo Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Heath Standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1224578, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 6 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 8557 Hollybrook Lane, Tinley Park, IL 60487.
