29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) 50 Foundation Ave, Ward Hill, MA 01835, International Bakers Company main room. On or about May 31, 2017, the employer did not ensure that adequate procedures were developed and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy. Employees engaged in cleaning the Tewimat rounder/divider did not utilize a lockout/tagout procedure that addressed the stored hydraulic energy within the machine. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
