29 CFR 1915.87(f)(1): The employer did not provide an adequate number of basket stretchers, or the equivalent, readily accessible to where work is being performed on a vessel or vessel section. Shipyard and/or floating dry dock: The facility's basket stretcher was not readily accessible being that it was located in a warehouse outside of the shipyard's gate. This would delay the ability to remove a worker from the vessel in the event of an emergency.
