29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a)CSHO observed employees engaged in masonry work at a residential construction site. Employees worked from a scaffold, were cutting material and mixing cement while exposed to tripping hazards. Used and unused bricks, used cement bags, trash, plywood, cut cement blocks, and nails were observed on the ground throughout the worksite.
