29 CFR 1926.704(a): Precast concrete wall units, structural framing and tilt-up wall panels were not adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse until permanent connections were completed: On or about August 9, 2017, and in times prior thereto, wall units were not adequately braced according to manufacturer's specifications, including, but not limited to: braces of the correct type and length installed before crane releases wall panels, panels require a minimum of two braces per panel brace angles from the horizontal between 50 degrees and 60 degrees brace angles at 90 degrees +/-5 degrees to the plane of the panel braces correctly connected to floor slab or cylindrical concrete deadmen The lack of adequate support exposed workers to the hazards of being stuck by falling concrete structures.
