29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: (a) Vista Booster Station Project: On or about August 4, 2017 and at times prior, an employee was operating a Caterpillar CS-323C Compactor Roller across an approximately 17% grade. The roller was equipped with a roll-over protective structure (ROPS) and the employee was not wearing seat belt. Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item.
