29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. Required documents, requested in writing on or about August 4, 2017, were not made available to an OSHA compliance officer in the required time frame. The US Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.40(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 990020, Citation number 2, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 9, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 14416 Chase St. Panorama City, CA 91402.
