29 CFR 1926.651(h)(1): Employees were working in excavations in which there was accumulated water, or excavations in which water was accumulating, and adequate precautions had not been taken to protect employees against the hazards posed by water accumulation: a) Saylor Street at Willow Street, Atlas, PA: An employee performed work in a trench while water flowing from a 12-inch sanitary sewer pipe was accumulating, which exposed the employee to an engulfment hazard from loose soil and water, on or about August 1, 2017. ABATEMENT OBSERVED DURING INSPECTION CERTIFICATION NOT REQUIRED
