29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Process Room, on or about 8/2/17: Employees were not able to open the Northeast exit door from the inside at all times without keys due to the locked screen door mounted in front of the exit door. b) Process Room, on or about 8/2/17: Employees were not able to open the Southeast exit door from the inside at all times without keys in that the only access to the exit was through a locked chain link gate.
