29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A Log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent), was not completed in the detail as required by the regulation. a) On or about November 2, 2017, an illness logged on the 2017 OSHA Form 300 incorrectly described a heat related incident that occurred on 6/19/2017 and the days away from work due to the incident. b) On or about November 2, 2017, an illness logged on the 2017 OSHA Form 300 incorrectly described a heat related incident that occurred on 7/7/2017 and the days away from work due to the incident. c) On or about November 2, 2017, an illness logged on the 2017 OSHA Form 300 incorrectly described a heat related incident that occurred on 7/18/2017. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1125813, citation number 2, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on September 12, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 580 W. Monterey Ave. Pomona, CA 91766.
