29 CFR 1926.21(b)(4): In job site areas where harmful plants or animals were present, employees who were exposed were not instructed regarding the potential hazards, and how to avoid injury, and the first aid procedures to be used in the event of injury. (a) 681 Darby Paoli Rd, Villanova, PA - On or about 7/19/17, employees were not trained in avoiding injury from harmful animals in that employees were performing work immediately next to active nests of stinging insects, exposing employees to biological hazards.
