29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) At Lot 87 East Lake Subdivision, Auburn, Alabama: On or about July 20, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from an outrigger attached to the fourth buck of a scaffold and the outrigger platform measured 13 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 23 feet to the ground below.
