29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: On or about July 14, 2017 and there prior, the employer exposed employees offloading and installing an approximately 350 pounds iron railings from a rough terrain onto an unguarded third floor breezeway to fall from height hazards.
