At the worksite - On or about June 19, 2017, an employee worked from a top horizontal brace of the pivot point of a Valley Pivot Point Irrigation System Irrigation System (model: 7000/8000) without the use of a fall protection system, thus exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately eight feet.
