29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2): Employees covered by paragraph (a) of this section, but who are not qualified persons, were not trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices that were not specifically addressed by 1910.331 through 1910.335 but were necessary for their safety. On or about June 26, 2017, at 7000 N Beach St., Fort Worth, TX, employees performing installation and maintenance on electrical equipment submerged in water were not trained on safety practices to protect them from electrocution or electrical shock.
