29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors from sources such as hot surfaces; frictional heat; static and mechanical sparks; and spontaneous ignition. (a) The employer did not insure proper precautions were taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors that had accumulated in the storage building used to store lawn maintenance equipment, and Category One (1) flammable liquid fuel, exposing employees to burn a hazard.
