29 CFR 1910.23(e)(1)(vii): (vii) Mobile ladder stands and platforms that have wheels or casters are equipped with a system to impede horizontal movement when an employee is on the stand or platform: On or about June 14, 2017, at the Art Street and Girder plant, there were several mobile platforms that the locking mechanism on the platforms needed repaired or the rubber mounts were missing which effects the locking capability. Employees will climb the platforms to reach the top of the bridge beams so they can weld. Employee(s) exposed to a fall hazard. The manufacturers of the mobile platforms were Ballymore and Cotterman.
