29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: (a) On or about 10/25/2017 in the Prep Area, located in the southeast corner of the shop, where manual sanding was performed, compressed air for cleaning was used at approximately 70 p.s.i. (when dead-ended), potentially exposing workers to the hazard of air embolism.
