29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) A portable wobble light that illuminated the work area had the electrical cord sheathing and strain relief of the extension power cord pulled away from the plug exposing the electrical wires. This exposed the employees to an electrical shock hazard.
