29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: Production Areas. The employer did not conduct and certify an annual periodic inspection of lockout/tagout procedures, including a review with each authorized employee of their responsibilities under the energy control procedure(s) being inspected. Employees performing servicing and maintenance on machinery and equipment including mixers, ovens, conveyors and rotary moulders without procedures that had been inspected for accuracy and compliance. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
