29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of the scaffold was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: a) 1200 70th Street, North Bergen, NJ The employer did not fully plank the working platform where employees were conducting brick pointing and application of concrete dry lock toner exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet. Condition occurred on or about 6/2/2017
