29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by pinch points: a) Stacker Building, stacker machine, 115 West Road, Fombell, Pennsylvania 16123: On or about May 26, 2017, employees were exposed to a pinch point created between bundles of lumber and the frame of the stacker machine. The employees were exposed to a pinch point hazard when the lumber bundles were moved in the reverse direction (towards the stacker machine).
