29 CFR 1926.452(w)(6)(i): Employees were not allowed to ride on scaffolds when the surface on which the scaffold was moved was within 3 degrees of level, and/or not free of pits, holes, and/or obstructions: On or about May 17, 2017, and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to caught-in hazards while riding on a JLG 2630 ES Scissor Lift, when the scissor lift was stuck in a ditch.
