29 CFR 1910.134(i)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that compressed air used for respiration accords with the following specifications: Compressed breathing air shall meet at least the requirements for Grade D breathing air as described in ANSI/ Compressed Gas Association Commodity Specification for Air, G-7.1-1989. (a) On or about 5/17/2017, at Meadowland of Carmel where supplied air respirators are required for use while applying Rhino Lining bed liner the employer did not ensure that compressed air used for respiration meet at least the requirements for Grade D breathing air as described in ANSI/ Compressed Gas Association Commodity Specification for Air, G-7.1-1989.
