29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Location: 2173 Blackrock Turnpike, Fairfield, CT 06825 Each employee using products and materials such as but not limited to Bon Vital crème, lotions and oils were not provided with training and information as defined in paragraph (h) at the time of their initial assignment, whenever a new chemical was introduced into the workplace and was not provided with the Global Harmonization System that was required to be completed by December 1, 2013.
