29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Worksite - 22 Harmony Lane, Westbury, NY: Employees performing framing work using Hitachi NV 83A4 3.25 Coil Nailer (Pneumatic) were not provided with safety glasses. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards from flying particles; on or about 5/1/17. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
