29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that a copy of the Exposure Control Plan was accessible to employees, in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1020(e): (a) USPS Parkville 21234 - On or about April 28, 2017, Custodians were included in the employers exposure determination for cleaning up biohazardous spills did not have access to the Exposure Control Plan. (b) USPS Parkville 21234 - On or about April 28, 2017, window clerks included in the employers exposure determination and did not have access to the Exposure Control Plan. (c) USPS Parkville 21234 - On or about April 28, 2017, management officials included in the employers exposure determination did not have access to the Exposure Control Plan. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
