29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: 513 Slapper Line: On, or about, April 20, 2017, an employee suffered severe hand injuries when his had was pulled into the chain and sprocket drive for the conveyor system. The guard had been removed to perform preventative maintenance work while the conveyor system was in use.
