29 CFR 1926.20(f)(2): The employer did not develop hazard specific training programs to train each affected employee in the manner required by the standard relating to hazard reduction techniques and related matters. a) Wellington Pointe Apartments, Building 500; On or about April 25, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to ejection hazards in that they were not provided with hazard specific training while attempting to repair and replace a soffit.
