29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76cm) whichever is less were not equipped with one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: Instance a. Front Entry - On or about April 13, 2017, the employer failed to provide hand railing on either side of the open temporary staircase utilized by employees to access their work area. Instance b. Interior stairs - On or about April 13, 2017, the employer failed to provide hand railing on the left-hand side of the open staircase utilized by employees to access the second story work area.
