29 CFR 1910.38(b): An emergency action plan was not in writing, kept in the workplace, and available to employees for review: On or about April 20 2017 at 63 Pierce, Winder GA 30680: A written Emergency Action Plan was not developed, implemented, and kept in the work place where employees engaged auto detailing, maintenance, photography, and other activities related to the resale of vehicles were expected to evacuate and not authorized to use available portable fire extinguishers. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
