29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) The employer did not ensure that employees were trained to recognize and protect themselves from fall hazards. Employees conducting roofing operations on a 9:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. The Carlos Ketz dba Roofin Garza company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 917041, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/26/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7615 Mission Drive Franklin WI 53132.
