29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about April 11, 2017, at the Comfort Inn located in Houma Louisiana, the employer did not ensure that the employee(s) who were in the raised basket of an aerial lift truck power washing the exterior of the hotel had fall arrest system for use while operating the aerial lift.
