29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports: A) Exterior of the house on the scaffold: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet while working on a fabricated framed scaffold that was not fully planked, on or about April 11th, 2017. Milanos Masonry LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 914063, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 10th, with respect to a workplace located at 1143 16th Street in Fort Lee, NJ.
