29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The equipment's maximum working radius could get closer than 20 feet to a power line and the employer did not meet the requirements in Option (1), Option (2), or Option (3) of this section: (a) Jobsite - On or about April 05, 2017 the boom of an American 5299A crawler crane contacted an overhead 13.2 kv power line. Employer did not take precautions for the crane operating within 20 feet of an overhead power line.
