29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: At 2700 Central Avenue, Poplar Bluff, MO, specifically inside of the Plastic Strip Department, employees were not instructed to recognize the applicable energy sources, the magnitude of electrical energy, or how to isolate it for machines such as, but not limited to, the Injection Molded Plastic Collator, m/n PS160. This violation was observed on 03/31/17.
